Am I under obligation to buy?
Of course not!! We know and appreciate that not everyone understands technical things, so we will break it down for you in a very easy, understandable way. We absolutely don’t charge for informal chats. If you decide that our project plan sounds good, we will give you an itemised quote and you can take your time on deciding if you still want to go ahead with the project. We ask for 50% of the fee upfront, no more no less, and we will agree a “go-live” date with yourself. The other 50% of the fee will be due 30 days after that “go-live” date. No hidden costs, no messing around.
Do you keep the website details?
Absolutely not. When purchasing time from a developer that is working on your website, you should always have access to the files. They belong to you – and at the end of the project, all imagery/copy/media/site files will be yours to take, always. This means that, if you have any issues working with us moving forward, you aren’t locked to us forever. Although we will be super sad to see you go!
I don't want a website as such, can I still contact you to discuss something technical?
Please do! We want you to think of us as experts in our craft – because we are! We have over 13 years of experience in all things technical – from fixing our grandmothers’ iPhones to setting up our cousins’ online candle-making shops. We know not everyone is lucky enough to have those “techy” people in their families, so if that’s you – please reach out and let us know how we can help you! If it’s a small query, we won’t ever charge you. And if it’s a larger query, or you need a demo or a walk-through of how to do something, we will let you know upfront if the service will be due a cost and you can decide if it’s something you wish to proceed with. Everything upfront, always.
